R. Hisda opposed [two verses]. There is no difficulty: the former refers to the world to come; the latter to the days of the Messiah. But according to Samuel, who maintained, This world differs from the Messianic age only in respect of the servitude to governments, what can be said? - Both refer to the world to come, yet there is no difficulty: one refers to the camp of the righteous; the other, to the camp of the Shechinah.
